Express Media has established and developed several rental policies over the years, all with the goal of making your experience a good one!

Please review our policies below concerning deposits, insurance certificates, rental periods, and more.

New Accounts

Setting up a terms account with Express Media is easy! Download our Credit Application form by CLICKING HERE, fill it out and submit it, and we’ll do the rest! Everyone who visits us can get a COD account setup instantly. Please contact us for more details.

Rental Period

Rental and returns are based on a 24-hour period.
Rentals cancelled within 24 hours of reservation are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
A delivery and pickup service is provided.
Weekly rentals: 4 x day rate for 7 days

Weekend rentals: 1.5 x day rate for 2.5 days for broadcast gear

Weekend rentals: 1 x day rate for 2.5 days for non-broadcast gear

Insurance Deposit

Broadcast equipment rentals, with an equipment value greater than $10,000, require a Certificate of Insurance. Equipment rentals with an equipment value of less than $10,000 require either a Certificate of Insurance or a credit card deposit. The credit card must be valid and issued in the name of the party who is being invoiced and insured for the equipment.

Your Certificate of Insurance must meet the requirements listed below:

Be titled ‘Certificate of Insurance’
Have the name of the renter/invoicee in the ‘insured’ box
Be valid for the entire time the equipment is away from our facility
Type of insurance must cover property loss, theft, or damage.
Liability coverage is not accepted, must be property insurance.
Coverage must equal or exceed the value of rented equipment.
Express Media, Inc. must be listed as “loss payee” and “additional insured”.
Be received by fax or mail no later than one hour prior to rental.
NO GEAR WORTH OVER $10,000 WILL BE RELEASED WITHOUT VALID INSURANCE!
Client Responsibility
All equipment should be checked and inventoried by the Client prior to leaving the facility.

Terms

All prices included in this on-line guide are daily rates, unless otherwise expressed.
All items are subject to availability.
Equipment shall not be subject to hazardous or abnormal conditions.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Verbal quotations of pricing do not imply a binding contract.
Client’s materials are received, handled, and stored at Client’s risk.
Client warrants that it has the legal right to possession and use of all materials delivered to Express Media.
